Returns & Exchanges

At CC Shoes, we want you to love every step you take; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes inside their original brand box and secure them within a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
